This hooded scarf is worked top-down with absolutely no seaming. You’ll start at the crown of the hood, crocheting flat in rows to shape a soft, comfortable hood that frames the face perfectly. Once the hood is complete, the fabric is split at the center, and each side is worked separately to create the scarf panels, which are crocheted downward from the hood edge, continuing in rows while gradually decreasing to form gentle, tapered points at each end. When you’re finished, the hood and scarf are already connected—no assembly, no extra steps, no drama.
